Brewer Wanted

Oitava Colina (meaning Eith Hill) is a Lisbon based brewery founded in 2014.

Since day one we are motivated by changing how people drink beer in Portugal, keeping focused on the quality and diversity of our brews. We are looking for a talent (m/f) to join our team.

Here you'll find a motivated team to keep the quality in our products in a company small enough for your criativity and work to be noticed but with a big enough and growing client base to keep the pressure on the job.

If you know how to get something out of water, malt, hops and yeast, this might be the oportunity you're seeking.

It would be great if you have:

• + 2 years of professional brewing experience.

• Relevant brewing formation;

• Recipe development experience;

Personally:

• You are a good communicator and you are a team player;

• You are organized and proficient multy-tasking;

• You have work ethics and are quality focused.

You are going to do:

• Complete brewing process

• Cleaning and sanitizing processes

• Stock management

• Quality control

Of course, we want someone who share with us the passion for beautifully crafted beers and for the unlimited amount of potential this product have.
